  1. Processing Time

    • All custom DTF orders are made-to-order.

    • Standard processing time is 5–10 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

    • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

    • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

      • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

      • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

    • Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over a specified amount.

  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  5. International Shipping

    • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and additional delivery times, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Estimated delivery for international shipments: 10–20 business days.

  6. Address Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

    • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

    • Claims must include photographic evidence of damage or proof of non-delivery.
