Refund & Exchange Policy – Custom DTF Clothing

All custom DTF clothing orders are made-to-order based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges:

  1. Non-Refundable Custom Orders

    • Custom designs, personalized items, and made-to-order garments are final sale and non-refundable.

    • Please ensure all design details, sizes, and quantities are correct before confirming your order.

  2. Quality Assurance

    • Each item undergoes thorough inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

    • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence for review.

  3. Care Instructions

    • Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of DTF prints. All items include detailed washing and handling instructions.

    • Failure to follow care instructions (e.g., washing in hot water, using bleach, tumble drying on high, ironing directly on the print) will void any warranty or eligibility for refund/exchange.

  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges for size or minor defects may be considered at our discretion if the garment has been used or washed according to care instructions.

    • Shipping costs for exchanges due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Customer Responsibility

    • By purchasing custom DTF clothing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow all care instructions to preserve your garment.
